Manfors
is a small family run company based in the Almeria
region of Spain selling new and second-hand properties.
We pride ourselves on excellent personal service and
have already made many friends with existing buyers of
properties we have sold. Our clients are very important
to us.
All our
sales are directly from the builder so that we don’t
increase the price of the property.

mortgages which can be arranged with a local
Barclays Bank or Caja de Ahorros del Mediterraneo

excellent after sales service, like help with local
authorities (water, electricity etc.) buying of
furniture and anything else needed for a house.
Flights to
Almeria or Murcia and 2 nights accommodation at the
nearby Hotel Mexico (new 4 star hotel) will be
reimbursed if one of our properties is purchased.
(Monies will be reimbursed against invoices and at the
moment of the signature of the notar).
